Who we are

Aberlay is a French SAS. To reach us about anything related to your data, email privacy@aberlay.com.

What we collect

The Aberlay site is largely static. The only place where data is collected is the founders submission form, which asks for: name, email, LinkedIn URL, GitHub URL (optional), project name and URL (optional), a paragraph about what you are building, an optional paragraph about why this and why now, and a stage indicator. The form is transmitted to us by email via Resend. Cloudflare Turnstile is used to filter bots; it does not store identifying data.

Google Analytics 4 runs in cookieless mode by default. If you accept on the consent banner, it switches to full cookie-backed tracking. No advertising cookies, no third-party trackers, no marketing pixels. Details on the cookies page.

Why we collect it

To read what you have submitted, evaluate whether Aberlay can be useful to you, and reply if we believe it can.

How long we keep it

Until either of us decides the relationship is no longer relevant, or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first.

Your rights

Under the GDPR, you can ask Aberlay for access to your data, correction of it, deletion of it, a restriction or objection to processing, or portability. Email privacy@aberlay.com and we will respond within thirty days. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the CNIL, France's data protection authority.
